CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that all services require a deposit that goes towards your service for booking. All cancellations/rescheduling need to be 48 hours before your appointment or this will result in a cancellation fee which is a none refundable/ transferable on your deposit. No shows will result in a fee that is charged 100% of the service. 10 minutes late with no communication is considered a no-show. We value your time and also our own time.
