CANCELLATION POLICY
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within this window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late without communication will be considered a no show. We value your time as well as ours and appreciate your understanding and respect for our scheduling policies.
